Nextremer Co., Ltd. ("the Company") recognizes the importance of personal information, considers its protection to be a social responsibility, and strives to comply with laws relating to personal information and to handle personal information appropriately. The Company hereby establishes the following Privacy Policy ("this Policy").
■ Article 1: Basic Policy on the Protection of Personal Information
All of our employees strive to protect and appropriately handle the personal information they deal with in the course of their work, making every effort to prevent unauthorized access, loss, or leakage, and endeavoring to ensure the safe management of personal information.
■ Article 2: Scope of Application
This Policy sets out the principles that we comply with when handling personal information, or information equivalent thereto, of our customers in connection with the various services we provide. In providing each service, we will publish clear and appropriate provisions regarding the acquisition of personal information for that service. Where there is any discrepancy between the terms of use for an individual service and this Policy, the terms of use for that service shall take precedence.

We will not collect or use personal information without the consent of the individual concerned. Even when obtaining such consent, we will clarify the purpose and scope of use in advance and will use the information only within the scope of the consent obtained. We create anonymously processed information and provide it to third parties within the scope prescribed by law, having implemented appropriate protective measures to ensure that specific individuals cannot be identified and that the personal information used to create such information cannot be restored. Items contained in anonymously processed information are handled so that information linked to individuals cannot be identified. Anonymously processed information is provided by encrypting the data file and using a method with appropriate security measures in place.
■ Article 6: Management of Personal Information
Personal information we receive is stored safely under strict management. We have established a person responsible for management within our company regarding the handling of personal information, and designate a person in charge of handling for each set of data containing personal information, appropriately managing records of receipt, storage location records, access permissions, and disposal records.
■ Article 7: Implementation of Security Measures
As measures necessary for the protection of personal information, we provide personal information protection education to all employees, require the installation of security software on all PCs used for business, and establish PC security guidelines, regularly checking compliance with them, in order to ensure the safe management of personal information.
■ Article 8: Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
When outsourcing the processing of personal information or in similar cases, we provide information only under an appropriate agreement regarding the protection of personal information, and do so under our strict management.

We comply with laws and other norms relating to personal information.
