Data sitting in the field, ready for AI development

Data accumulated in the field doesn't reach buyers as-is. Nextremer annotates it and shapes it into the form AI developers need, opening a new sales channel for your data. All processing costs are borne by us.

Demand for AI development data

As AI development advances, demand for real-world data is expanding rapidly.

01

Real data is scarce and in demand

Data collected in real environments is essential for AI development. Industry- and scene-specific data is hard to obtain on the market, and demand from AI developers remains high.

02

Most field data goes unused

The large volumes of data accumulating in the field every day include data usable for AI development, but without proper rights clearance and processing it often remains a dormant asset.

03

The data marketplace keeps growing

The market for AI development data grows year by year. By processing and supplying your data under an appropriate scheme, your information assets can become a source of revenue.

A two-way partnership, not a one-way sale

This is not a scheme for simply passing your data along to someone else. Both the raw data you provide and the data we process are treated as assets the two of us share.

POINT 1

Your raw data becomes a shared data asset

Once stored in the secure shared storage we agree on, your raw data is positioned as a data asset shared by Nextremer and you. When a sale closes, that customer joins as a co-holder. Sales may be conducted directly by us, or through your own sales channels as a partner — either way, the same revenue-share ratio applies.

POINT 2

Annotated data comes back to you as a shared asset

The annotated data we produce at our own expense is placed in the shared storage, where you can download it at any time and use it for your own AI development and research. What we share is the annotated data itself.

POINT 3

No cost to you, and careful data handling

Processing costs such as annotation and masking are borne entirely by Nextremer, and we charge you no upfront or fixed fees. Data that may contain personal information is masked — faces and other identifying details are blurred — before delivery, and everything is held in strictly access-controlled storage.

Eligible data categories

We handle data across industries and field settings. Contact us about categories not listed here.

Manufacturing & quality control

Production line footage, inspection images, anomaly detection data

Mobility

In-vehicle and exterior footage, driving data (GPS, speed, etc.)

Logistics & warehousing

Work footage, conveyance data, sorting scenes

Retail & stores

Store entry and movement data, shelf management

Agriculture & food

Field footage, growth data, harvesting and sorting work

Construction & infrastructure

On-site work footage, equipment inspection, measurement data

How compensation works

Sales proceeds are split into a raw-data portion and a processed-data portion, each with its own fixed ratio. The side that carries the cost and risk receives the larger share. Distributions are paid based on actual sales results; no payment is made during periods without sales. Results are reported and paid monthly in aggregate.

How the data and its rights are handled

Both your raw data and the data we process are treated as shared data assets.

Raw data collected in the field

01

Raw data

From the moment it enters the shared storage, it is a data asset shared by Nextremer and you

Cleansing and masking

02

Cleansing & masking

Annotated data with labels applied

03

Annotated data

Also a shared data asset. When a sale closes, that customer joins as a co-holder

Contract overview

A single master agreement is all it takes to join.

Contract type
One master agreement on data utilization. You do not need to sign a new contract for each sale.
Data rights
Raw data placed in the shared storage, and the data we process from it, are treated as data assets shared by Nextremer and you (a customer joins as a co-holder once a sale closes).
Compensation
Sales proceeds are split into a raw-data portion and a processed-data portion, and the resulting share is paid to you monthly in aggregate based on actual sales results (no payment is made in months without sales).
Costs
Processing costs such as annotation and masking are fully covered by Nextremer. We charge you nothing.
Secondary use
Non-exclusive supply to multiple customers is the default. If there are competitors you would rather not supply, you can declare them when you provide the data, and we consult you before deciding whether to supply any company on that list.
Personal information & security
Data that may contain personal information is masked before delivery, with faces and other identifying details blurred, and held in strictly access-controlled storage.
After the contract ends
The raw data is removed from the catalog offered to new customers. Customers already supplied may continue using what they received. Your own retention and use of the processed data is likewise unaffected after the contract ends.

Frequently asked questions

What happens to the rights in the data we provide?

Raw data placed in the shared storage becomes a data asset shared by Nextremer and you, as does the data we process from it. When a sale closes, that customer joins as a co-holder.

Can partners really use the annotated data?

Yes. The data we annotate is placed in the shared storage, where you can download it at any time and use it for your own AI development and research. What we share is the annotated data itself.

Are there any costs?

We charge you nothing. Processing costs such as annotation and masking are borne entirely by Nextremer, and there are no upfront or fixed fees (the work on your side to extract and hand over the data is naturally your own).

How do we receive revenue?

Sales proceeds are split into a raw-data portion (partner 90% / Nextremer 10%) and a processed-data portion (partner 10% / Nextremer 90%), and the resulting share is paid to you monthly in aggregate based on actual sales results (no payment is made in months without sales).

How is the data priced?

You set the price of the raw-data portion and we set the price of the processing. We agree on a fair baseline together, based on quality and demand.

Can we provide data that contains personal information?

We mask the data — blurring faces and other identifying details — before passing it to customers, and manage it safely in strictly access-controlled storage.

Could our data be supplied to competitors?

Non-exclusive supply to multiple customers is the default. If there are competitors you would rather not supply, you can declare them when you provide the data, and we consult you before deciding whether to supply any company on that list.

What happens to our data if the contract ends?

The raw data is removed from the catalog offered to new customers. Customers already supplied may continue using what they received. Your own retention and use of the processed data is also unaffected, so the assets built up until then stay with you.

Inquiries at the "we have data sitting idle" stage are welcome. Tell us what the data covers and how much there is, and we will assess whether it can be cataloged and propose how the partnership would work.
